Portugal – Morocco Economic Forum: Building Prosperous Economies and Shared Growth Together” was a unique opportunity for over 60 Moroccan and Portuguese businessmen to get to know their markets and foster business relations with potential partners.

AICEP – the Portuguese Agency for Investment and Foreign Trade, in partnership with the Confederation of Portuguese Business, CGEM – Confédération Générale des Entreprises du Maroc and AMDIE – Agence Marocaine de Développement des Investissements et des Exportations, organised the Economic Forum “Portugal-Morocco: Building Prosperous Economies and Shared Growth Together.” The event occurred on 12 May at the Lisbon Academy of Sciences as part of the Portugal-Morocco High-Level Meeting.

To deepen bilateral economic relations and explore new trade opportunities, Portugal and Morocco have united efforts. The focus of this forum was to strengthen this strategic partnership further, identifying areas of complementarity and synergies to boost mutual economic growth and to extend this joint approach to sub-Saharan African countries.
