CIP received, through Vice-President Jorge Henriques and Secretary General Carla Sequeira, a Mexican business delegation composed of: Eduardo Serra Jorge, President of the Luso-Mexican Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCILM); Jorge-Alberto Yarte-Sada, Vice-President of CCILM; and Helena Lampreia, from Banco Santander Totta.

The meeting agenda included the importance of bilateral relations between Portugal and Mexico and the potential in the industrial manufacturing sector.

The delegation also included distinguished members of the Mexican Industry, namely: Miguel Ángel Landeros Volquarts, President of COMCE OCCIDENTE; Manuel Montoya Ortega, President of Red de Cluster de la Industria Automotriz; Francisco Nicolas González Díaz, President of Industria Nacional de Autopartes A.C.; Héctor Villarreal Muraira, General Director of COMCE NORESTE; and Abner Eduardo Tovar Zambrano, Managing Editor of Modern Machine Shop Mexico and Gardner Business Media Inc.
