The President of CIP – Confederação Empresarial de Portugal, Armindo Monteiro, spoke at the event “Bridging the Tech Gap: Empowering Collaboration between Lisbon and Barcelona” organised by Foment del Treball National and the Cámara de Comercio e Industria Hispano Portuguesa, with the support of CIP and the Luso Spanish Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

In a session composed of the presidents of these institutions and with the Minister of Economy and the Sea, António Costa Silva, the President of CIP referred to the need to create bridges between Portugal and Spain with a high value-added for both countries. He also emphasised the two cities’ relevant role in acting as a bridge from Europe to other geographies, such as Latin America and Africa.
