CIP has addressed to the Directorate General for Economic Affairs and MEPs of the ENVI Committee its comments on the Proposal for a Regulation on the Eco-conception of Sustainable Products, including specific suggestions regarding the proposal of the European Commission, to facilitate the implementation of the proposed provisions.
These include information requirements on substances of concern; the Digital Product Passport; the Eco-design forum; performance and prioritisation requirements; and unsold consumer products.
